In case of force majeure or fortuitous case earlier or during the trip (accidents, strikes, attempted coups, earthquakes, climatic factors, safety conditions, political factors, denial of permissions of revenue, matters of healthiness, between others), or simply in order to guarantee the success of the plan, the operator and/or the agency will be able to modify, replace or cancel itineraries, dates, flights, hotels, optional services, which is accepted from now on by the passenger at the moment of acquiring the services.

The Travel agency, it will be able to face the passenger in the events of loss of its baggage or documents of trip, nevertheless in no circumstance, will answer for the loss, damage, deterioration or loss of the above mentioned elements. The Travel agency will inform the passenger the restrictions that should establish the airlines as for prohibitions, maximum weight and number of pieces for passenger, persons allowed in the attractions or tourist places, limitations or impediments of access by maximum quota. Nevertheless there will perform the exclusive responsibility of the passenger the fulfillment of the above mentioned politics, which will be able to change for disposition of the companies of transport or of the lender of the services.
