CAN I REQUEST REPAYMENT OF PENALTIES, TAXS OR OTHER CHARGES

In cases in which for some reason you have been charged twice a penalty or tax, may request its return presenting the constancy where indicate payments of penalties.

MECHANICAL DAMAGE OR OTHER INCONVENIENCE CAUSED BY THE AIRLINE

In the event that IM is responsible for the interruption of the journey, due to causes attributable, for example, to mechanical failure of the aircraft, maintenance, logistical problems with the equipment, among others, you may request a total or partial reimbursement of your ticket, as the case may be. This type of repayment is called involuntary.

When the refund is involuntary, you can request a refund on your ticket fare whose rule specifies that is non-refundable. In these cases is not applicable penalty for charges.

FLIGHTS CANCELED OR DELAYED

When complications occur of time, air traffic control, mechanical delays, etc., can have the right to request a refund for a ticket that otherwise would not refundable or would have restrictions of reimbursements. In these situations, you must submit a reimbursement request.

If your flight is delayed two hours or more, and prefer to postpone it, let us know and you do not charge a fee for change that could be applied to your ticket. You can even get a travel credit or a refund of the unused portion of your trip if you decide not to travel. If your trip involves a connection and you have come to the city of connection, you can ask to return to their origin and receive a travel credit or refund if there is no other desirable alternative. The amount and type of credit will depend on the rate and the portion of the ticket that has been used.

UNFORESEEN EVENT AND NON-REFUNDABLE TICKETS

IM will reimburse charges for changes and tickets in certain cases. All requests must be received prior to the expiration date of the ticket and must be accompanied by the appropriate documentation. Refund tickets only in the event that an unexpected precludes the use of that ticket, within a year of the made of issue. In all other cases, the fare can be accredited for a future trip, and the passenger may receive a refund of the fees for change of flight.

If your application is approved for reimbursement, there will be a refund in the original form of payment.

SURCHARGES AND RATE

The surcharges, including international and insurance surcharges registered as YQ or YR will follow the rule of reimbursement of the fee. If the fee is not refundable, surcharges are also not refundable.
